Shipping Policy

Origin: All products are shipped directly from Italy worldwide via DHL Express.

Order Turnaround: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Once shipped, standard DHL Express delivery times apply.

Tracking: A tracking number is provided as soon as the shipment is processed.

Duties & Taxes (Outside EU): For orders destined outside the European Union, shipments are sent DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid). Customers may be required by DHL to pay local duties and taxes upon arrival. We cannot cover these costs.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are determined after the order is received, based on the quantity of items and the destination.

VAT Policy (European Destinations)

All prices are not inclusive of VAT.

• EU Destinations: A VAT of 22% will be added to the final invoice.
• EU VAT Registered Businesses: This charge will be classified as a tax recovery charge.
