Return Policy

Window: We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date of delivery.

Process: We provide a DHL Express return label for the shipment. Once the item is received and inspected at our facility in Italy, a refund will be issued.

Fees: If the return is due to our error, we cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, the cost may be the responsibility of the client.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging included.
